Since I need to get my tranny rebuilt are there any good mods for better performance.

What year is it? Have that transmission shop check the lower transmission line going to the radatior.1994 and up full size dodge truck and vans have a plastic checkball inside that line.That plastic checkball melts,transmission problems.If that plastic checkball is in that line,get rid of that plastic checkball and no more transmission problems.
