Damn, those things are friggen' tight! What's the asking price? Also, don't projector headlights f*ck up alot?

I have seen those on Ebay. They have been going for about $240. Plus I heard that they leak water and the bulbs burn out a lot. They do look tight though.
BTW I have been wondering what those 2 circles are in the middle too.
