Twin Turbo
is it possible to twin turbo my 95 eclipse gst? also whats a safe amount of boost to run on a stock eclipse gst?

"Twin turbo" is more a cool sounding word, that it is an efficient turbo setup for Eclipses. you can skyrocket hp figures with a single turbo on our cars. No need fo tt. Search...your question has been answered many times before.

yeah, most definately not worth it at all. this has been discussed a lot, feel free to do a seach, but i wouldnt waste my time, just leave it at the fact that it is not worth it.

Yeah, I can't see a point to having twin turbos on most 4cyl. It's been done though... I guess the benifit would be that 2 smaller turbos working together could flow as much air as a larger one, but with less time to spool... Also, a smaller turbo could be used in conjunction with a larger one to help spool the larger turbo sooner... and make the hp curve a little more linear.
Overall... it's retarded!! ...A waste of money and time. :-D

Twin turbos were most manufactures way of getting a 6 cyl car faster without dumping lots of cash into it. The fastest supras (well, fastest anything turbo car) in the world run on a single turbo. I did see a TT honda once, but it was more the novelty that struck me than the power.
Stock t-2small can do 16psi, but anything above that and you wont make power, infact you can push the turbo to hard, to the point where it will actully have the compressed air so hot, that the heat of the air doesn't make up for the extra pressure. Lower your intake temps are, the more power you will make. Instead of doing something stupid like TT'ing a eclipse, which would cost well over 2k, you can take that money, put a full garrett on with some fuel mods and a dece exhaust and you can run lo 12's. As a side note, a lot of people think that they will make mad power just by putting on a FMIC. This will actually make less power than the stock SMIC with a t-25. The t-25 does not flow enough cfm's to make use of a fmic, and so the air stagnates there longer than it would if it had a bigger turbo. The FMIC is only nessecary when you upgrade your turbo. A t-25 will NEVER really need a fmic. You need a FMIC when you get heatsoak on your small smic. I don't think i've ever heard of a t-25 heatsoaking a sidemount...

Not that we've established that tt's suck on an eclipse, I have a question about tt'ing an inline engine. How the hell does that work? On a v-6 I figured you ran a turbo along each of the two manifolds for a tt, and on a straight 4/6 you run them in tandem?

dam u guys he only asked 2 questions. You guys have more sense than making fun of him, just answer it. Yes its possible to run TT but who wants to and stock t-25 can run up to 15-16 safely.
