Shift at High RPM

My Car runs fine for a wile then it stats to have to go to a realy high rpm to shift to the next gear?? it an auto trans other than that it runs fine. What could be the problem?? Need you help thanks.

im not sure what you mean, do you hear any sounds while the car is doing this high rpm shift like the engine strugglin maybe? hit us up with more info cause right now i dont think anyone is sure what you mean :P
