Fuel pump test lead

I have a 1999 silverado and want to drain the fuel tank. I am going to drain the tank through the schrader valve on the fuel rail. Where is the test lead to manualy run the fuel pump.

in the under hood fuse panel you will a spot that says prime on it ..... provide that with 12 volts and bam you got it
