www.Speedandstyle.com Sucks ASS!!!
These are a bunch of dumbasses who don't know how to run an accessories shop. Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. The lady I spoke with had me hold which involved just putting the phone down and discussing with her cubical partner which cell phone to go with, Sprint or Verizon. And then got pissed at me when I told her I don't appreciate her conducting personal business on my time.
They cancelled my order and didn't even send an e-mail to tell me. When I called the sales person to find out why it is taking so long, he simply said it was shipped out and I should get it soon. Would NOT give me a tracking number!! It wasn't until I cornered another customer service person that they found out my order was cancelled because they were out of stock. I would NOT trust these people with my money. They are severly incompetent!! Not to mention they need to lay off the Ebonics.

I have ordered from them in the past and I know exactly what you are saying. They canceled my order with out even telling me that they were out of stock with the part I ordered. But at the same time two they have bailed me out with a couple of cheaper prices. I still would use them but definately not at my first choice.

i ordered something from them and it came in a timely manner.. but yes thier customer service does suck ass.. and i will NEVER buy anything from them again.. i called and i got some dumbass that had a 3 word vocabulary..

i ordered a muffler from those incompetent sons of bitches (the website said they were in stock) it took 5 weeks to get to my house . that is some mad ish yo. id never order from them again and i hope that everyone boycotts them.

those idiots canceled my order too and didnt tell me i called em back and finally after 3 days of trying to talk to a human i found out my order was canceled then they sent me the wrong part when i re ordered but it works fine i got a 88-91 crx si crank pulley on my 92 dx hatch hehe. oh well it works. (dam good t that ) so ya they suck ass but they hook you up with good deals.
