For those who have read The Da Vinci Code...
An assignment for my english class is picking out something from The Da Vinci Code and doing a reserch paper on it. I was kind of suprised to find out that there actually is an Opus Dei. So I figured why not check into it, I was looking on their website and found this page that explains some of the groups beliefs and actions and how they relate to the book. http://www.opusdei.org/art.php?w=32&p=7017 After reading that what are your opinions on this group? Do you feel that anything they do is a little extreme? I wasnt sure if I should post this in here or in the philosophy forum but I figure this at least has something to do with current affairs so yeah...whadda ya think?
