new car

I am looking for another car, I want to keep my cavalier. Currently I am thinking that I either want a 2004 Mustang, 2005 Honda Civic SI or a Cobalt SS or an Acura RSX. I'm not sure which I should really get. I don't really know much about how the Civic SI or the RSX performs. I am also a little "iffy" on the Cobalt seeing as how their may be some problems being its first year in production. Which should I get? If not these feel free to make another suggestion. I am looking to spend up to 28,000.

Re: new car

if your gonna spend up to 28,000 then ditch the Civic for sure, thats just a waste of money. The RSX is nice, but for that amount of money you could get a WRX. The Cobalt SS would be cool, but i agree, first year production, no way.

If i had that money here is what i would shop for

Camaro SS LS1
Monte Carlo SS Supercharged
GrandPrix GTP
Subaru WRX (STi is possible)
2005 Mustang GT (they are just tits)
Trans AM WS6 (black on black, oh god they are so cool)

Re: new car

Everything cept the Mustang. You could also look into some sweet used stuff. With 28k you could easily get a used S4 or M3 and beef it up.

Re: new car

I like the older mustangs like the 68, I just don't buy this "old school" look again. Especially in a town where a lot of older mustangs hang around, seeing this new body mustang just looks..... I don't know....just so out of place. I mean I'm sure it looks new and different in different parts of the country and lots of people like it... But I'd rather have the old body...

Re: new car

Supposedly the 2004 Mustang is the best made American car according to comsumer reports (for fewest reported problems).
