I have a 1994 Plymouth Voyager minivan. I purchased a new keyless remote and I don't know how to program it. Any ideas? Also, my rear trunk lid doesn't repond to a remote. I can hear the switch click but the lid does not unlock. Any ideas there? I bought this car brand new and it's been a great car. I hate to see these little things get ignored. Thanks.

Re: 1994 Plymouth Voyager Keyless Remote
HELP!! I have a 1994 Plymouth Voyager minivan and I'm trying to program a keyless remote. Anyone know where I can access directions---other than the dealer?

Keyless Remote
Did you ever find out how to program it? I have the same problem, but no solution to share with you! If you found out, please post a reply. Thanks! Frank

Re: Re: 1994 Plymouth Voyager Keyless Remote
this is supposed to work on a 1995 dodge grand caravan 3.3 with the following keyless remote chrystler part # 04688527
Manufacturer's programming directions as follow: Access remote transmitter programming terminal behind glove box LH side. Note: The remote transmitter programming terminal may be taped to the wiring harness. Switch ignition ON. Jump remote transmitter programming terminal and ground. Ensure doors lock and unlock, indicating programming mode active. Press any button of each remote transmitter to be programmed. Ensure doors lock and unlock after each remote transmitter operation, indicating programming complete. Remove jump lead to exit programming mode. Note: A maximum of 2 remote transmitters can be programmed. Any existing remote transmitter not used during programming will become inoperative. |

Went to Dealer!
I gave up trying to do it myself, went to the dealer, $20 or so and I was done. Thanks for the replies.

Re: 1994 Plymouth Voyager Keyless Remote
Better late than never.
To whomever, rdhanley's directions were also accurate for '94 Voyager. A few tricks, but all is well. My notations from this vehicle. Glovebox supports release by pushing down, then out & up. Lead was taped to a harness bundle & visible behind glovebox. Green lead w/ round red connector. A few additions. In rd's instructions, I believe it should read lock OR unlock. Also found funny results if any door was open. Hope it helps. Now I know how to start a side biz. Cheers
