Question How to disable ABS on 04 1.2 16v clio

Hi. I am a keen driver and a hater of modern technology. I hate ABS and would really like to disable it but there is no switch like in some cars.
Does anybody know of a way of disableing the ABS either by removal of a fuse, a sensor or a solenoid of sorts?
If this is possible which I really hope it is, can you please include details of locations of the parts. I cant do J-Turns with ABS switched on and the stopping distance isnt half as good as a car without it.
Thanx.
Steve

Re: How to disable ABS on 04 1.2 16v clio

their is a fuse in the in-car fuse box,it's the one on the top 2nd from the left a 10 amp one.taking this is will disconnect your abs, although on a car that's designed with it with modern electrics it's just dangerous.
the abs should very rarely kick in even under heavy braking perhaps in the wet,if its causing you problems get it checked out.
disconnecting the abs you will also be without a speedo as its ran from the abs,you will have no ebd, your steering will probobly be light as possible the whole time(dangerous but on a track excellent if you ask me!),during parking it may go to stiff to turn the wheels, this is all due to the electric power steering motor will have no idea what speed your doing to adjust it as the abs comp feeds the steering comp that info.
no doubt their will be something else i've missed but just a few things i would think about before you do it
