Exclamation 95 wrangler trans problem

i recently had my trans rebuilt to solve a syncro problem, I also had a new clutch put in. I now have new issues and need help
1. my second gear still grinds syncro was replaced twice.
2. 4 high does not work all the time
3. major vibration going from 1-2-3 slpping in 4-5
4. occaisionally i have to restart because i cant get the vehicle in gear.
ive been assured that the fly wheel was resurfaced and the clutch is brand new how can my trans be slipping then, im low on funds and need help, thanks

First, make a list of the problems that started AFTER the rebuild. This is the stuff that the trans shop should fix, free. Check around and see if they're a reputable shop, there are some hackers out there.

Major vibration going from 1st-2nd-3rd? Time to go back in. There may also be an alignment problem, since 4hi won't work for you consistently.

On my '97, my 2nd gear would make a little grind if I was shifting quickly, it may just be the trans. Try shifting a little more easily, see if that takes care of that issue.
