Change oil light

HI, I just bought a 2002 pontiac firebird and the change oil light comes on when i start the car and it stays on for about a minute or so. How do i reset this since i already changed the oil?

Hey guys I found out how to reset the change oil light, so if anybody else doesn't know how to do this i will explain:

Turn the key to the on position with out actually turning on the car and hold the mileage reset button I think for 12 secs or so and the light will go away. It will be solid then blink and go away.

THats it.
