4 door to 2 door conversion

i have a 1970 4 door. and was curious if you can convert it to a 2 door. is it possiible? i figure if you take the back left and right panels and replace them with the door panels. then get 2 door doors. and some other modifications.

First of all, the wheelbase on the four door car is four inches longer. Next the overall length of the car is also longer. That's why people don't do it.

As rare as these cars are getting, and the prices keep going up, the 4 doors are becoming more desireable. If you don't lkie the look, try shaving the door handles, and putting in solenoid openers.

yea they are you no what you could try doin is givin it a sucide door kit thoose are always bad ass on 4 doors

Anything can be done, but you have to ask yourself is all the money spent and work to be done worth it? Usually it is better to hold out for the 2 door. Just be patient and keep looking. It will happen, meanwhile keep saving for all the Hi-po parts your going to put on it.
