Comparing strut

I wanted to know if the KYB struts were a good buy compared to the Dealership struts? If so, how many mile can you get out of the factory strutt, compared to the KYB Struts?

Re: Comparing strut

First the KYB's have a lifetime warranty and from what ive heard, factory strut's are only good for about 30,000 miles and then they start fading away.As they fade away you never really notice it,untill you buy new one's and then you will notice a nice difference in ride again.

Re: Comparing strut

Also, what is the difference between the Gas and the Sensor trac struts? Furthermore, what are the factory struts, Gas or sensor?
