Talking Yum.....horsepower!!!

Couldn't resist posting some pics of my new found horsepower. Before anyone says anything, yes the tennis shoes are lightweight and just add to the weight reductions and better 1/4 times.... I'm hoping to finish collecting parts in the next few weeks, so I can get this sucker in the 11s.

Just a few more items and I'll be ready to rock and roll.

Damn, it seems like every week you have a new little doo-dad, and now a big doo-dad. Hopefully you won't blow the engine.

What kind of kit is it, wet/dry?, shot?

It's a nx wet shot 50-150hp and the msd window switch.

I bought the kit from the same guy that I bought the engine from. He had the system on a SS silverado, then he switched over to the Radix supercharger. That's around $430 in parts(not including the shoes. ). I still have my fuel pressure switch, bottle warmer, purge kit, 1 gal. fuel cell, fuel pump, and a few other parts to come in. I'm looking at getting the install done at the first of April.

I'm also going to get the bottle painted. I can't make up my mind on what route I'm going there, but I don't want to leave it white.

Will do. I've been looking at that stand alone system Nitrodave sells for the vettes. I'm going to contact him about setting up a stand alone system for the trucks as a whole package. I really like that aluminum 1 gal fuel cell he uses in the kit. I wish I could have went direct port, but that is some serious cash. When I decide to do the ls6 f.a.s.t intake, I might swap over to a direct port. I like the way that system looks and functions.

Re: Yum.....horsepower!!!

Dude flippers setup is narly!!! I want to do stand alone too but i think i want to make it dual tanked. One side for the fuel and the other meth for the turbo. I wonder if dave makes that as well...also when or if you decide to go with the DP setup in the future, let me know b4 you do so i can talk to dave and get you a better deal! He said anyone i send his way after this he will try and take care of em as best as possible (could be salesman talk but none the less its worth a shot)
