After posting my message, I realised that the harness I purchased at Canadian Tire actually had all the wires labelled as to the correct connections to the aftermarket harness.
I'm slow...  I've just finished hooking up the new Pioneer deck I got, and it sounds great! Not sure about the stock amp, justin. Thanks for your help anyway. Alex
