LOL, it's pretty simple.

Remove the part that needs bushing
Remove old bushing
Install new bushing
Install part

Without the right tools plus the year of your car, it's going to be a pain. Most shops won't do it for cheap. The last one we did was 6hrs of labor.

If you dont have a press to use a bench vise. there is enough of the stock bushings that stick out to clamp it. work it around in a circle untill you get the center part free. then use a hacksaw blade to cut through the outer shell, but be careful not to go to far. then its easy to get the outer metal shell out. the new ones can go in by hand. Thats how I did mine. works good but is pretty time consuming. Let me know if you have any questions.

Re: Energy Suspension bushing installation

One more thing. Make sure the bushings are CLEAN and LUBED a lot. Otherwise it's gonna be a noisy ride.

Re: Energy Suspension bushing installation

lol i speak from experience my car has every energy bushing on and your not gonna be able press them out easy have to have a shop do it most likely...just to press them out though you can press in the new bushings yourself with a lot of lube...hardest bushings for me where the tailing arms, those the only ones i took out myseld cause i took a torch to those suckers didnt have a full metal sleeve...good luck man though
