Auto-Start

Does anybody know how to program an autostart for this truck, I've been told that the key has to be turned a few times then the lights will flash and you press the autostart button, and then the start on the remote. I will try this but I don't know how many times to turn the key to get it to this point could somebody help me out.

What brand of remote start do you have? Gotta have more info than what you gave so far.

doesn't say the brand on the remote, but its a 2-way FM and it says plus in little red letters at the bottom. appreciate some help, thanks everybody

Well, you'll have to dig under the dash to find the brain. Most of the time you have to take off the knee knocker which is only held on by 2 7mm screws at the bottom and clips at the top. Then, there will be another U-shaped piece of metal that you might have to take off. It is held by 4 10mm nuts.
