Fuel system and injector tune up?

I purchased my 4Runner June of 04' and I was wondering if I should get a Fuel system and injector tune up. I'm not sure when it was last done. I also noticed that I get about 13-14 mpg, would my gas milage increase if I get it cleaned out?

I don't know what the fuel system tune up intails but I just changed my fuel filter, o2 sensor, and ran BG40 Fuel injector cleaner, all which is easy and realatively cheap. It not only gave me better gas milage,17-19 mpg, but my truck runs better then evey. 88 4runner. I think the fuel filter and the fuel injector cleaning kit did all the magic but an o2 sensor is suppose to be changed every so often maybe 75,000 miles but I am not sure.
