99 Camry new battery and rs3000 trouble
Please Help me. I installed a new battery on my 1999 Camry that had been sitting for quite a while. As soon as I hook up the negative post to the battery, the alarm (horn) goes off. I have tried using the top button on my remote to shut the alarm off and also, tuning the key in the ignition on-acc-on with no results. This is what it said in the manual to do, and also, went to the dearship and they told me to do the same thing. The horn just will not stop. I know it has to be something simple.
