Need 82 Accord Replacement Motor and 5-speed tranny.

I've got an 82 Accord LX Hatchback that is smoking real bad and bearings are coming apart in the tranny. Instead of rebuilding this motor and tranny I was hoping to buy another motor and tranny in good shape. I've found one from an 81 Accord 4-door and I was wondering what kind of mods I would have to make to get it to work (same motor mounts, axles, etc.). Is it more of a hassle than it's worth? If this won't easily work, what year model(s) would work?

I'm not after speed in this car. All I want is a simple engine/tranny swap so I will have another really ride for 200K plus miles.
