primary ignition

ok, when warmed up she will fire right away, but after a good driven, and then sitten and getting cold it is hell, ill crank it for like 15 seconds, it will start to go, ill hold the gas to the floor and then i can let go of the starter (yes i do realize how extreamly bad that is to do, thats why im needing help) and it will hit one cylender at a time, then it will take off and the secondary (running) ignition is fine, all the power its ever had, no problems except at idel, the sound our cars make when shutting off, it makes that sometimes then will keep going, it keeps going because im not trying to shut er off, starter was taken off, and to my suprise is less then a year old and advanced auto said is excellent, the bat. is brand new... what could be causing my hard start problem? the only thing i can think of is that the dizzy was ripped off, then recoverd, and put back into the car, could a wire have been yanked on (no the clips werent undone, it was yanked out of place) and now be rubbed raw? or could it be that little black piece inside? this has had me going around for a few days now, and im getting frusterated
