Driver's side window replacement

Wife's driverside window shattered and needs to be replaced. Found a window but was told that I need a special tool to replace it with. Any ideas?

you need a phillips screwdriver. what you do is take off the plastic pieces on both sides of the window. roll down the window then take off the door panel. then there should be a bar going vertically with another bar with whats left of the window going the other way. all you do is remove the two screws holding the horizontal bar. remove the bar them toss it in the trash. install is reverse.
