8 speaker Infinity system?
I was reading the Car and Driver review of the 3000GT and it was saying that for the sound system there was the 6-speaker option and an 8 speaker option. Has anyone ever heard of the 8 speaker system? and if so where are the other two speakers because when I bought my car I was told it had the 8 speaker system, but i can only find 6.

Probably just primitive components in the 6x9s.

I think I've seen cars like the civic or cobalt advertised with like 20 some odd speakers and thats the only way that would ever happen.
