4cyl Auto To a 6cyl Manul

Ok i have a 97 se and it have 180000 on the 4cly and a going auto tranny I got a friend who has a great price on a 6cly 5speed with 67000 miles How hard is it to chang it over ????

The general consensus on this forum is that you're better off just buying a 6cyl Jeep, even when changing just the engine.
