lowering

im new 2 this forum and was just wonderin if any1 can help me out wiv lowerin a 106 zest.do i need springs and shockers at the front and adjust the torsion bar?im totally new 2 this so sorry if it sounds silly.will b gratefull 4 any help

yep your spot on thats everything you will need two front springs preferably with front shocks too.
if your located in scotland peugeot eccosse will supply the lot and fit it for 70 pounds including lowering the torsion bar
