Re: couple questions ?

i cant see the pix....................j/k.

BOV on charge pipe through welding or jb welding the flange. looks like you already have the gate on. been a while since ive even seen an fmu............fuel line goes in fmu. the other goes out to the fpr.

dont T the BOV and gate vac lines together. You can send the BOV line to the FPR line. gate line to the brake booster.........or any other way you deem suitablee.

concerning the boost..............you dont know what spring you are using? im not looking at an ssautocrap mani and turbo..........am i? and a nice boost gauge wouldnt hurt neither.

Re: couple questions ?

You need a boost gauge. It's the worst idea in the world to have a turbo kit and not have a boost gauge.

Re: couple questions ?

if your spring is 8 psi, then, the boost controller wont work at any levels below 8 psi. just put the fmu on when the turbo goes on. it is just a line in then a line out.........but really though, ditch the fmu and get some dsm injectors with a SAFC or VAFC at least. i dont know what gate and mani you are using. you can still encounter some boost creep. the 8-9psi should be fine. im assuming your on a tight budget, but, for the price of a new motor you could have gone with the VAFC or SAFC w/ injectors. take a little time to know the uberdata system and switch over to that. get a boost/vac gauge.

PS: what turbo, mani, and gate are you running?

turbo t3/t4
wastegate 38mm
forgot about the manifold
i know the spring inside the wastegate is 8-9
so u say 9 would be fine with stock internals buti have to make sure i install the fmu right ?
