Re: o2 sensor question

If you don't want to have one welded on you could get this

Re: o2 sensor question

Page 2, scroll down about 3/4's the way and you'll find pics of stock: http://www.honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=56731&page=2

You need to make the wire for the other O2 or buy a conversion harness but that will also include vtec sole, vtec oil pressure, and knock sensor. Here's how one guy made his: http://home.wideopenwest.com/~tschmidt/b16awire.htm

Not sure about what O2 sensors you can use other than stock. I've heard one of the 2 can be substituted with a US 1-wire O2. Maybe someone else knows?

Re: o2 sensor question

Has your ecu been chipped to run 1 O2? Are you getting a CEL for the missing O2?

Re: o2 sensor question

Best thing to do would be get the bungs welded on the aftermarket near the stock location. The bungs are higher on the stock manifold because they need to heat up rather quickly, the location for aftermarket bungs are for heated O2 sensors.
I have be running 1 heated 4 wire 02 on my aftermarket header in the bung that came with the header without any codes for well over a year.

Whether you add a wire for your O2 or wire up a heated O2, really isn't difficult at all. Just have to make sure you have the right pin at the ecu for the right O2.
Only Hasport header dyno I could find, scroll down halfway on page 1: http://www.honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1077429
