96Blazer starting problem

I have read through the posts and got a lot of helpful info!
But i still have not solved the issue. I have a 96 Blazer 4.3 (w)eng code

I had to replace blown intake gasket, after i replaced the truck ran ok but started like it was out of time. So i decided to bring the #1 cylinder to TDC and reset the timing. he distributor has a 6 mark on it and the chiltons manual shows that the rotor needs to point to it so i did.

After i did this it wouldn't start, no fuel pump, no spark, no PCM link to code reader also!

I checked all fuses PCM which i could only find 1 on the fuse block should there be more and if so were can i find them?

Re: 96Blazer starting problem

I have checked the ECM for power and there is no power at the white plug terminal 21 orange wire or the middle terminal large red wire with key on or off.

Battery is 12.1v, I have check for bad grounds and blown fuses. Is there nore than one ecm fuse and if so would it be located?

I need help!
