Hotwheels? UT? F355

This is a yellow F355 GTS (Targa) or whatever, I have seen it on ebay and the seller says its a hotwheels. But I thought hotwheels only made a Spyder version of the 355 and this one looks very similar to the yellow UT GTS in the last picture, so do you think it could be the seller who is mistaken or me? thanks for your help.

that is a hotwheels, you'll notice on the UT the wheels are grayish, And the hotwheels are Chrooooooooome.

And the UT's interior is more details w/ yellow trim ^.^
