fuel kill switch

hi:
i need help coudl anynone told me where is the shut off switch/ kill fuel switch in an explorer 1995 xlt 4wd i have a front impact and i can not stat the car.

thanks in advance

ps. is there any special procedure to activate that switch.

it is on the passengers side floorboard
