Cambelt on 2001 Passat

Hi,

I have a 2.0 (8v) 2001 Passat and the cambelt is due for replacement. A friend of mine will do this for me, but I can't get a Haynes manual for the car (don't seem to exist). Is there anything tricky about this, and are any "special" tools needed at all?
