Colored HVAC Knobs

How in the hell do you take your clear knobs and color them. I'm lost.

Heres what i am talking about

or you can just peel the black rubber boot off and then get some leds in the light bulb sockets..

i already pealed off the rubber. BTW remeber when people were selling them fuckers for like $24 a set. It was pretty funny to see ppl buy them. I didn't think about changing the bulbs though

I think i am going to go to a junk yard and get a new hvac unit cause my lights work when they want to anyway. i might dig into it and see what i can do. fuck i dunno

The knobs are red on 2000 shape grand ams. Just got the gray plastic on top!

I just used model paint to paint the back side of the knobs and I think they came out good I will take so pictures and post them if you want.
