Stop
I was going to post this in the Civic sub forum but there are like 4 different sections. I figured through here would get more viewers.
You people have to stop with the loud exhaust set ups. You are losing low end power, you are heard from a mile away and it does nothing for your performance. I am not a Honda hater. And yeah, it is usually just Civics. Why do you or they do this? I have heard it all the way from Florida to Wisconsin. Please Stop.

First, this is probably one of the slowest sub boards of the Honda/Acura forums.
Second, it's all in where you live. Around where I live, there are far more other cars that are a lot louder. There's some jackass in a Cavalier who drives by my house every day and night with his loud as exhaust, trying to "drift" around the corners in my neighborhood. Third, you come on here and tell us to stop having loud exhausts??? I highly doubt there is anyone here that even lives near you, so why come here and whine? Fourth, they do it because they think the loud exhausts make them sound faster, so even think it makes them faster. Again, it's not just Civics. Fifth, how about you grow some balls and go up to some of the loud Civics in your area and tell them to get a quieter exhaust. I'll tell you why. Because anyone can come on a forum to whine, bitch, and talk shit to a bunch of people they don't know; but you don't have the balls to go up to someone in real life and say something. "I am not a Honda hater. And yeah, it is usually just Civics." Then why come on a forum and start talking shit? It happens to everyone, with every type of car out there. Either deal with it and let it go or do something about it.

yeah in my town its mostly cavaliers and sunfires that have loud shitty exhausts. I think its because the townies are torn between ricer and redneck. Their blood screams for a domestic but their hearts yearn for a fartcan...

does nothing for your performance? hhhhmmmm so you think when you have a turbo and you about double your pipeing it is useless yeah if your going to say somthing just think a little it helps.

Simple honda civics are driven by a bunch of stuipd ricer kids who think they have fast cars.

I Apologize,
It's just that I seen/heard like 10 civics that day with really loud pipes and it got to me. Believe me, I do like Honda, I would (almost) kill to have an all black mint 85'-91' CRX Si. Or a Acura CL 3.2 Type S coupe (though I heard the Transmissions are all screwed up in those). Hey I really don't want to piss you Honda guys/gals off, I might need you one day!  Sorry again for coming off like a fuckhead!
