Re: Setting Boost and Gain On Profec 2

well i was out testing i had good results at 11 gain, and 53% set but i dunno it still spikes a lil bit. its drops to 12 if i turn it up it spikes to 15, its kinda weird i gotta play with it more. If you hear anything more let me know.

Re: Setting Boost and Gain On Profec 2

i got the newer profec that has 5-35% on gain and 0-20% on limiter its changed i guess. So if i set the gain to 5 and just turn up the set it should hold the boost. If i turn it all the way down and i turn the set to like 58% it spikes to 14 then drops off to like 10 after i get to like 4 grand its weird as soon as it peaks it drops off.

Re: Setting Boost and Gain On Profec 2

Are you susposed to have the positive pressure from the stock wastegate solenoid still hooked up? I read the one diagram and it showed that it was left on just cap off the H part.

Re: Setting Boost and Gain On Profec 2

i got some jacked settings i dunno whats up. I put the SET at anything over 56% with gain at like 12, its spikes huge, with 0 start boost. I don't get it. If i run less gain it won't hold the boost it stays at like 10.5 i can't get it to stop spiking. Anymore ideas? I planed on taking it to GODSPEED in novi Mich. and awd dyno they said they could dial it in. Before i do that any ideas?
