Unhappy f22a to h22a engine swap

I just did a f22a to a h22a obd1 in my perlude put in a p13 ecu did all the wiring changes but when i run the car i has NO Power. It is like some one is putting on the brakes while i am steping on the gas. if i put the p12 ECU back in it runs fine but with no vtech. does anyone have an idea what i am doing wrong? Or do i have a bad ECU?

Yeah sounds like the ECU is bad. Undoubtedly it's a ECU socket-attempt failure, and the chip in there is either blank or just bad. Your car redlines at some low RPM, doesn't it.

what injectors do you have in the h22a? i had bog issues when i went from a h23 to an h22 with the p13ecu, because the wrong injectors were used... yep
