Audio unit removal

What the heck is the trick to getting that damn radio out of the dash? I bought the removal tools from Advance Auto and did as the instructions stated. The stupid thing will not come out. Any advice?

Are you pushing the tools outward. In all four of those holes u have to put the tool in then push outward and wiggle the radio out. Keep me updated if u get it out

Re: Audio unit removal

Yes, I am pushing them outward and the thing does not want to unlock. I wiggle while pushing outwards and pulling back to no avail.
