2005 SV6 lights

Has anyone heard if GM has the alternator fix yet for the 2005 SV6? My flickering light issue is getting progessively worse.

The fix for this is now availible from GM. The TSB is 05-06-03-003 and states that the alternator needs to be replaced with the new alternator.

The Alternator was replaced on my 2005 SV6...the lights still flicker and GM are aware that replacing the alternator doesn't fix the problem. They advise turning on all accessories such as air conditioner compressor and rear defogger. Tryed it, the problem is still there. I was told today that GM doesn't have a fix for the problem yet.

I wonder if it is like the problem they had back in 2000 where the alternators positive wire hold down screw is too short?
