Favorite new stuff in GT4

Well, what do you like more in this games compared to GT3.
I like the the MK3 Supra 2.5ttR and the Suzuka Circuit... (wanted those to be in GT3)

the 600+ cars, being able to transfer money and liscnence from GT3, adding wings, using used wheels from other cars, SilEighty, and driving missions. and oh yea, B-Spec, i use that thing more thana cheap whore

more tire options, different places to get parts (except that they're all the same, so it's not quite an upside), used cars, nitrous, more cars... but plenty of downsides too

the suv's and trucks, crappy replay mode, no analyzer, nothing to compare video 1 to video 2, addition of the photo related things - mainly stuff that doesn't directly affect the gameplay

Well why bitch over stuff that doesn't effect game play? I mean sure it would be fun to compare vid's to each other...But what are you going to do, they took it out to make rooms for the 600 "sum-odd" cars.

no, it was taken out for some reason that we don't know, but i am sure it could have been included had the photo crap not been added. i think that the photo stuff is completely unnecessary, it was (most likely) included so that the game would appeal to a wider audience, just like the b-spec mode. what does taking a picture do for the game? is it something that you can sell in the game (even though money is less of an issue with the used cars)? then why does it matter? it doesn't, it has about as much impact on the gameplay as the level of tint your car's window has.
there are many things that could have been done with the game that were not, such as: using more than one disc, utilizing a hard drive to shorten load times, etc; the game is by far not what it could have been, developers will even tell you that.
am i complaining about the handling, car selection, or course selection? no, but i am disappointed that the game isn't more comprehensive, which i'm guessing the next one(s) will be

I have been playing the GT series since GT1. I like this GT4 game, but I won't buy it. Perhaps I am getting too old but I am bored w/ the series.

I have enjoyed the game some what. I like the Buick GN, that is one bad car. My uncle has 3 of them, one of the meanest cars ever built.

if there isn't something different about the car, why bother with a picture? like i said, it's the same car that anyone else can acquire just as easily, so it has no significantly different characteristics that make it worthy of a picture.

It's not about simply taking a picture of a car...it's about the creative shots and angles that you can get from your favorite cars, whether or not it is a "generic" car. The game provides a car and a background...you provide the means of capturing the personality and soul of the car. Getting shots from a race replay also lets you immoralize your most favorite moments. Personally, I love photo mode and have spent probably as much time on it as I have racing.
