What will an S10 with a 454 under the hood look like?
Won't you have to widen the front of an S10 in order to make room for a 454? Could someone submit a picture?
(I'm not planning on swapping engines any time soon, just someday later.)

a bbc would be cool in an s 10, but you need lots and lots of skills, 4 link, strengthen the frame, swap the rear end out for a fs one, master welder, and damn good fabracation, knocked out fire wall... all of that... ask enough moter questions??

it isnt all that difficult, no banging back the firewall, no four link suspension, you may want a heavier duty carrier for the rear diff, its actually a pretty simple conversion, easier with a carb 454 but almost as easy just a little more pricey with a fuel injected system. all you do is buy the kit to do the swap right on v8s10.com or something like that, they have the exhaust headers, motor mounts, and radiator relocator brackets, all the other stuff and the know how, working on putting a ls1 in one zr2, then a 6.6 turbo duramax in my other zr2. its all online and utilizes all the stock wiring and ecm with the gas engines, just run two extra wires from the ecm to the fuel injection plug in, again everything is online to do this, makes for an insane truck. the way it fits in without moving the right of thedrive train is using electric fans, and moving the radiator inside the core support

heyyy tell me how that duramax goes, im already wanting to see that thing, u better make some damn good control arms if ur planning on launching out of 4wd, im putting a 91 syclone motor in mine, but a duramax is stright up sick, ohh and PPE tranny and EFI Live tune, just to let you get it right lol.
