Solution to dash/water leak
I believe that I have found the problem and solution to many, if not most, of the water leaks under the RH dash of the '98 to '03 Towncars due to rain. If interested refer to the Tech Tips and Articles section - '98 - '03 T/C Dash Leak Repair at lincolnsonline.com.
