Ok I went to go pick up my car this weekend and we got everything back together, It started up fine but it has no power at all The only thing that is different is the exhaust. I put it in 1st and it would hardly move. My boost gauge is reading that it vac is at 5 and its normally at 17 or so. When i step on the gas it is very delayed and will not rev above 5k and it takes a long time for it to get there. I have no idea he thought it was the timing belt on there but he went and rechecked it and thats fine. He said that all of the vac lines are all hooked up so running out of options here.

Re: Another problem
I would be more inclined to tell you it was a boost leak if this was posted in the problem diagnosis forum.
