turbo ls hatch ?'s

ok so i just swapped my b18b1 motor into a civic hatch si and now i'm planning on going turbo. I only have about 55k miles on the motor so heres the setup i want to run.........dsm t25, re-weld t25 flange on a t3/t4 manifold, custom downpipe, 2g dsm bov, 3in 5 zigen exhaust, block gaurd, vortech fmu, b&m fpr, fmic.
Now u ask why a dsm t25????? well for one i got it for free (perfect cond.) and the other is it spools quick and the power is done by 6500rpms (so i've been told) and i dont want to take my engine past 6900rpm (stock redline) and the ls stops making power at 6200 i think.
It is gonna be alot of work as far as the mainfold and downpipe but thats whats gonna make it fun. So basically i'm asking your opinion on this setup.......will it work well, hp estimates with 6psi, anything else i might need, or any problems i might run into. thanks alooot for any information and if u know of anylinks about using a t25 on a b18 please send them to me or if you have used t25's tell me how they turned out

Re: turbo ls hatch ?'s

Don't waste your time fucking with a new flange onto a T3 flanged manifold. Go pick a T3 up out of a junkyard for 100 bucks and be done with it. Don't piss around with a block guard because they're useless, they don't do anything but push your cylinders out of round and block coolant flow. 5zigen doesn't make a 3" exhaust, and spend a bit more on hondata/uberdata + 450CC DSM's + walbro 255 instead of dicking with an FMU.

i know 5zigen doesnt make a 3in exhaust but i'm taking it to an exhaust shop and they are doing it for me they are basically just using the mufler and the resonator.......but i'm kinda on a budget and its like a back yarrd turbo project and i already have the turbo, dsm 1g bov, fmic, and some intercooler piping...... i need the rest of the money to do other turbo shit....gauges, fuel manegement, etc.. I know people who will do all the weldeing for me for free so i dont have to worry bout paying people to do the custom manifold or downpipe so basically do u think i would be makin alright power with this turbo (t25) .....i dont need a 250whp daily driver i jsut want something thats alittle quicker
