Post Battery move on MK1

I was looking at someones '88 MR2 and noticed that their batery was on the front of the car instead of the back. When I asked him about it he said he changed the location. I have'nt seen him for weeks now and I am really interested in doing this so if anyone has any idea how to share any info. Thanks ahead of time.

Re: Battery move on MK1

i've done it. you just need to make a new battery box for up front, then get a new power cable and run it through the tunnel under the car and up into the front trunk. you can ground the battery in the front and your hot wire goes to the same place. i'll try to find some pictures and post them later.
