Just a story (Kinda long)

Ok so the drivers side axle was goin out on my 3rd gen no prob right? Well it wasnt until I tried breaking the bolt on the strut tower at the bottom on the control arm. My automotive teacher was telling me they have problems with the bushing bonding to the bolt and it seizes. So after about two hours of air rachets, hand rachets, screwdrivers, chisels, hammers and and an impact gun (yeah I know) it got it to the point where it would turn the bushing and the bolt in the metal. I had to take the last resort and cut it off dropped the control arm and it slid right out. Took the old axle out and put the new one right in. So needless to say ill be visiting Honda tomarrow to pick up the bushing and bolt. Kinda sucks cuz theyll try to sell me the whole bushing kit I bet. Then ill have to put all those on cuz all of them are going bad. Well sorry for the long story but just thought I would share. Also has anyone else had this problem before? My teacher said its pretty common on 3rd gens btw mines an 88. Love hate relationship =)
