2001 Galant CD player troubles

A while ago the CD player(Ifinity model) in my car started giving me Errors when reading every CD. It says E 01 when I put in any CD so I am stuck with just listening to the radio.

I thought about taking it out and seeing if I can do something with the CD player but I can't for the life of me find a way to remove the CD player from the dash. There don't seem to be any screws or anything to let me get at it. How can I remove the CD player in a 2001 Gallant? Also, if removal isn't necessary can anyone give me some advice on how to fix my CD player? I tried blowing compressed air in there but that didn't do anything and I'm thinking of trying those CD lens cleaners but I think those only work if the CD is actually read which would be a problem for me since it can't read any CDs. It does make an audible reading noise but the E 01 error always pops up.
