Unhappy 98 countour won't start HELP

My 98 countour 4 cylinder won't start. pulled codes got cam or crank sensor replaced both and no go seems like timing is still off. i bought it broken like this for 150 $. It is getting spark. i Pressed the fuel bleeder valve and it squirts a little gas out. then stops after a second. checked the fuel shut off switch it seems likle it might be pushed down. i tried pushing it down but it won't budge. does anyone no the corect wiring or any thing else that could cause this or the values at the crank and cam sensors. also disconected the maf sensor. Tried starting spray no go. occasionaly i will get a backfire from the engine sounds like a sucking not a blast. please help.

your cam pulley may be a link off. There was some guy that had the same problems a while back where his 4 cylinder wouldnt start. Turns out his timing belt was a link off.

there will most likely be a "loose" section of belt. it wont be as tight as the wrest of the belt. check for an obsed amount of slack in one section of the belt.

I tried measuring the voltage at the coil and got 3 volts could this be from the ecm or pcm can some on measure thier voltage to make sure it is supposed to be more according to haynes. please help thanx
