Need a recommendation. New Subs.

I sold my old jetta, and got the 98 maxima couple days ago.

I had the mtx thunder 4500 but i had to sell it with my jetty

Right now, i got no money but I wanna just put subs for now

i'm not lookin' for huge bass here only around 300rms will be good enuff

the mtx had some nice sq as well as spl but

i wanna try other subs and i dun have any experience with them so

if anyone can recommend me subs (a pair) each around 200~350rms

i only got $250 and i have to make the best out of it

hit me wit some ideas

Check out www.reaudio.com, www.adireaudio.com, www.soundsplinter.com. One of my recomedations would be the se12 from RE round 185 i believe. Then for the amp go with a profile or hifonics. hole setup at max will cost 300

instead of two subs I'd go with a single SE15 or a single LI 15. www.reaudio.com www.incriminatoraudio.com and BTW the LI is louder.

the $250 is the price for 2subs + amp.

I know this is hard , but I'm trying to fit everything in in that amount. I can probably go up to $300 but if there isn't any "quality" difference, I don't wanna waste extra 50 bucks.

And, yes i almost freaked out when I saw that msrp lol...

So $185 for the LI righ?

I'm not too sure about the SE 10"s cuz i couldn't find the price. (Is it somewhere posted on the website?)

Hifonics is also a great amp for the prices. ANd im not sure why you want two subs, if you get one 15 itll be much better plus cheaper. i believe the se10 goes for like 165 shipped.

I'd go with a single LI and a good amp...in a custom ported enclosure...hit me up I design custom ported boxes with detailed plans for cheap!

Kicker blows..... literally and kicker is the most overpriced brand I know of.... well JL is a close second but kicker is the most overpriced IMO.

I want at least 200watt x 2 @ 2ohms...

Kicker is too expensive for me.... my max is $200 for the amp.

Is sony amp any good? well..i no they blow but for the price ($140) 1000watt amp seems kinda ok.

They suck...suck balls period.

Top choices for budget amps:
Viper/DEI stuff, Profile, US acoustics, etc...and if you HAVE to...Lanzar or Hifonics. Just ALWAYS pay attention to RMS power...never peak!

ngsm is a dumbass hifonics is a good amp.... better then profile and us acoustics that's for shore. look on ebay.
