missing engine at idle (hard to tell)

well here we go again with another missing story but it bothers me. i have a 2002 ext venture with air. when the enginr is hot and sittin in traffic or anywhere in gear with the brake on . just let go of the brake enough to let the van start to move. very slowly. the chugging starts like the engine is missing, you can feel it in your seat. now i just bought the van and returned it to the used car dealer and he replaced the spark plugs and had an injector wash done. the van only has 70,000 kms on it. the head gasket was done under warrenty (frist owner). if anyone knows y it chugs let me know.

p.s. check out your vans this might be the lead into something worse down the road as the dealer says he has others that do it also

I now have the same problem with my 98 Silhouette after I changed the plugs a few weeks ago. What do you end up finding?
