Re: wont stay charged

Alternator, if u have an amp running w/o ne capacitors then it will kill ur alternator. but its def. ur alternator but b4 u replace it use a multimeter and see what the output charge of ur old alternator is. U may just need a new battery how old is it? if its older than like 5yrs. then i would recommend changing that and if ur problem still persists then its gotta be ur alternator.

Re: wont stay charged

get a screw driver and stick it next to the right side of the alternator if it pulls the screw driver tward it your alternator is good if not , its bad , if its good move on to the wiring
